The 50 member comprises of a dedicated team of talented and experienced staff. The Secretariat through its various Departments of Administration, Programmes, Public Relations, Member Services, International Affairs and Library & Business Information Centre, renders a wide range of services and actively supports the Office Bearers, Executive Committee and Activity Committees in organising multifarious programmes, events and activities at the Chamber.

The Secretariat housed in the spacious and well-furnished premises of the Chamber is perfectly equipped with computers and Information Technology network. The Secretariat Structure at GCCI has been recently redesigned with the guidance and assistance of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

GCCI has recently been accredited with ISO 9002 certification for quality excellence from American Quality Assessors, which is a fitting tribute to the Chamber's commitment to maintain the high standards of quality in service and its aspiration to be forever in pursuit of excellence.
