Subject: Invitation to attend Awareness Program on “Digital Money”

Greetings from Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry!
Every year Government of Gujarat proudly celebrates “Gujarat Gaurav Diwas” on May 01st. This year, GCCI is also actively participating and supporting Government of Gujarat in these celebrations. Various programs of public interest and public importance are being organized for 15 days before the “Gujarat Gaurav Diwas”.
As a part of these celebrations, Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry - in association with the major leading banks and with support of District Industries Center (DIC) - is organizing an Awareness Program on “Digital Money”. The program details are as given under:

GCCI Premises, Opposite Vallabh Sadan, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad.
The program shall witness the presence of
· Shri Nitinbhai Patel, Hon’ble Dy. Chief Minister of Gujarat
· Shri Rohitbhai Patel, Hon’ble Minister (State), Industries, Mines & Minerals, Finance
· Shri Kiritbhai Solanki, Hon’ble MP of Gujarat, Lok Sabha
The program has been organized with an objective to give information about the various methods and instruments of digital payments, importance of cashless transactions, and benefits of social security schemes announced by Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi. All the leading banks will have their stalls during the program which shall provide information about Rupay Cards and their activation, Aadhar seeding and Mobile seeding, and other banking services useful to public at large.
